New you boxing is a 30 minute boxing class like no other , you can expect a huge variety in punching combinations and a massive total calorie burn. Each class you and your partner will work together bashing through combinations and receiving adequate 1:1 attention to correct punching technique and footwork. Great way to get out the aggression and burn some calories while you’re at it
