New you challenge is a 30 minute workout that will challenge your ability to stick to the task and complete it , you will be given a handpicked WOD (workout of the day) and asked to complete it in the allotted time , each wod will use different pieces equipment as well as your body in different counting patterns to challenge your physical and mental capabilities.
